  • Cheryl Traverse President/CEO of Xceedium, Ms. Traverse has funded, set the strategic direction, delivered market leading products, built revenue traction and sold five other venture funded technology startups over the past 12 years, including Immunix that was purchased by Novell, Covigo that was purchased by Symbol and other acquisitions by Macromedia and PeopleSoft. Ms. Traverse has been honored with the TrailBlazer Award in 2002 and 2006 and the LodeStar Award in 2003 from the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs.

  • Michael Theis, was not only the former Chief of Cyber Counterintelligence at the NRO, but is one of the founding thought leaders for spearheading research to model normal human behavior in cyberspace for the benefit of intelligence, counterintelligence, and cybersecurity practices. He has over 25 years of experience as a counterintelligence special agent supporting the Intelligence Community and 30 years of concurrent computer systems engineering experience. He was responsible for overseeing the CI aspects of all information systems that supported NRO programs and activities, to include detecting and deterring the insider threat.

  • Richard Stiennon, security expert and industry analyst, is known for shaking up the industry and providing actionable guidance to vendors and end users. He recently re-launched the security blog ThreatChaos.com and is the founder of IT-Harvest, an independent analyst firm that researches the 1,200 IT security vendors. Mr. Stiennon was VP Research at Gartner Inc. where he covered security topics including firewalls, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, security consulting, and managed security services for the Security and Privacy group. He is a holder of Gartner’s Thought Leadership award and was named “One of the 50 most powerful people in Networking” by NetworkWorld Magazine.
